I had the distinct pleasure of celebrating my partner's parent's 33rd anniversary with a couple's shoot at the Redwood Regional Park in Oakland! It was such a heartwarming session to see the love between these two who’ve been together for over 33 years.
I proposed to do the shoot in the forest, which was my first time, because it offered the perfect environment for their love of nature and taking daily walks.
Unfortunately because it's wintertime and it gets darker sooner than usual, we didn't get a ton of sun during our session. But we made the most of it and found pockets of sunlight wherever we could, and it worked out great!
